The Divas Bio:
Funky Divas was founded in 2001 by Dana-Marie Lazzareschi and Kelly Lyans. The company started out as an after-school enrichment dance program offered to elementary schools throughout Los Angeles.

Funky Divas events include Birthday Parties, Summer Camp, Over Nights, Brownie Troop/Girl Scout events and they even choreograph for Talent Shows.

Funky Divas also find the time to perform at numerous functions from Country Clubs, Corporate Parties, Fashion Shows, Bar Mitzvahs, Fundraiser's and Live Stage Performances at the Henry Fonda theatre and numerous other venues.

Funky Divas has had the opportunity to choreograph dance sequences for commercials, as well as cast their own students! They are currently organizing a children's performing group for those serious dancers from ages 8-12.
